Shipping rates
Inktonerstore offers free USPS and UPS ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. on orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee of $5.95. Orders shipping to HI, AK, PR, APO, AE and other non-contiguous U.S. regions will ship via USPS priority mail and you can calculate shipping rate during the checkout process.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 5PM EST usually ship the same business day.

How long can I receive my order?
Usually 1-3 business days. We ship from two warehouses, one on the east coast and one on the west cost, whichever is closer to your shipping address.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return something I have ordered?

Defective product returns
Inktonerstore offers 90 day money back guarantee on your purchase. For any reason you are not satisfied with the products or services, our products are covered by 2 year warranty and 3 month refund policy. After 90 days, we will replace any defective product for free. If you need to return a product, call our customer service line at 888-720-7888 to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and a prepaid return shipping label. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable and the returned products need to be at least 85% full. Refund usually will be processed and refund data will be submitted within 7 business days, but please note that it may take up to 30 days for your bank to apply the credit. For all accessories, including bluetooth earphones, usb cables and all other tech accessories, the return can only be processed with 15 days of purchase. After 15 days we will not process any returns for accessories(excluding ink or toner products).

Non-defective product returns
Non-defective products are refundable as long as they are not opened and in good condition. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. We can provide a return label for non defective returns. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee on non defective returns. Please note for all accessories, including bluetooth earphones, usb cables and all other tech accessories, the return can only be processed with 15 days of purchase. After 15 days we will not process any returns for accessories(excluding ink or toner products).

Wrong products shipped
In case that wrong products are shipped, we will send out the right products and a return shipping label to get the wrong products back.
