How to Reset a Brother HL-5370DWT printer

Step 1. Ensure that the machine is turned on.

Step 2. Open the front cover. This is the part of the machine where the toner and drum are inserted. The cover should remain open for the whole process, or until the printer directs you to close it.

Step 3. Press and hold down Go for 4 complete seconds or until all the LED lights have turned on. Once they are on, you can release the Go button

Step 4. Close the front cover

Step 5. Check to ensure that the Drum LED light is off and resume printing.
